Imagery Marketing Rolls out a Website Redesign for RNR Midwest← back
Website Redesign for Rent-N-Roll Midwest includes Custom Database & Design Solutions
Our team of talented designers, developers and account managers recently completed a website redesign for Rent-N-Roll (RNR) Midwest in order to enhance the customer shopping experience. The old site made it hard for customers to search for the right products for their vehicles. Since RNR sells car and truck tires and wheels, it’s important for visitors to be able to enter their vehicle details and find the right products. Enter Imagery…
Our Website Redesign Solution
First, RNR needed an enhanced database for their products because customers needed to be able to search for products in many different ways. We did our research and determined it best to build a custom database that would be searchable by brand, vehicle make/model, size, bolt pattern or price.
When we say research, we mean RESEARCH! This database was a massive undertaking requiring information about every manufacturer and their products in order to ensure whatever customers entered while searching for products they would find exactly what they needed. We researched ALL car makes and models and the corresponding bolt patterns which allowed us to find out what car the wheels would fit, giving us the logic to filter the sorting and thus build out the database.
Now, when customers visit the website they can find what they are looking for more easily. They don’t have to click around and get confused and possibly leave the site; they can find what they want by searching how they want.
Phase II of Website Redesign
After cleaning up the backend with a customized database, our design team got to work on the look and feel of the website. There is a delicate balance when redesigning a website to match client input with best practice, user experience and the art of good design. Our team has been successfully maintaining this balance for quite some time, so it was easy for us to put together a fun website selling wheels and tires.
We redesigned the RNR website to create a better shopping experience by removing the clutter, while simplifying the navigation and positioning it front and center. Vibrant reds and panoramic images were incorporated into the design to give the site a more modern appearance, while communicating the brand's free spirit and edgy personality. The site also features a new photo gallery page that allows the stores to upload recent images of their events, promotions, employees and products installed on automobiles.
The redesigned website was recently launched and began generating leads for RNR immediately, which is the goal for most business websites, right?
So, the question is: Is your website generating leads for your business? Imagery Marketing Group has the background and experience necessary to help you with your next website redesign.
