Josh Dean – New Interactive Web Designer← back
Help Us Welcome Josh Dean
We are excited to welcome Josh Dean to our team as Interactive Web Designer. Before coming to Imagery Marketing Group, Josh worked for a small web studio in Dayton, Ohio. Over the last couple of years Josh gained a lot of experience with UI and functional design through the web. Having a good grasp on the coding language and the way it works allows Josh to bring the best in his designs.
We asked Josh some questions to get to know him a little better. Read on and learn more about this guy:
What's your favorite website?
It's so hard to pick one! But if I had to pick one, I'd have to say Behance is at the top. It showcases the latest trends and design styles. I use it as a means of staying up to date in all different kinds of creative fields and it serves as a source of inspiration. Not to mention it's fully responsive.
On a given Friday night, you'll probably be:
Sitting at home with my family in my Superman Jams surfing the web or playing some video games with a beer in my hand and hanging with my homegirl kitty Midnight.
What draws you to this industry?
The ability to be expressive with my creativity and nothing beats making something that used to be so much more dynamic. It's a challenge I love taking.
Mac or PC?
Both! I love Mac for its smooth edges and beautifully easy interfaces when designing but PC will always hold that special place in my heart.
What's the last book you read?
Books! WHO READS THEM? The internet and design blogs are the means to my read.
If you could have a beer with anyone in the world, who would it be?
First off, Superman because he is the most superior hero EVER *Cough Batman is lame Cough*. But if I could I would share a beer with the bandmates of all my favorite bands, and thank them for inspiring me.
Aside from your dream job at Imagery, what would be an alternative dream job?
I've always wanted to be a famous concept artist for big Video games labels and Sci-fi/Fantasy Movies.
What is one thing no one at Imagery would believe about you?
I used to always have super short hair. Crazy, right?
